I fell in love with Hawaii and it’s lifestyle in college, when I visited during my spring breaks.  I decided to combine my love for the ocean with my passion for business, and in 1990, I took over my father’s location on Atlantic Avenue to start the first Coastal Edge.

With the incredible help of my friends and family, Coastal Edge has progressively grown to where we are today.  While I’ve got the floor, I’d like to thank my mother, my wife, my Coastal Edge family for their amazing support.  I especially want to thank my father, from whom I learned everything I know-- I owe my success to him.  I would also like to thank Ronnie Sibony, my friend and partner in our 21st Street location and our Kill Devil Hills location.
